We currently deliver across India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

1. PROCESSING TIME:

Prasad is shipped within 2–5 working days after the puja is completed.

For festival or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. SHIPPING METHOD

We partner with reliable courier services (e.g., India Post, DTDC, Blue Dart etc.) to ensure fast & safe delivery.

A tracking number will be provided via SMS/email (if applicable).

3. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days depending on your location.

Remote/rural areas may take longer due to logistic limitations.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges may vary from ₹50/- to ₹90/- depending on location of delivery.

Some special pujas may include free prasad shipping.

5. DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS

If prasad is:

1. Damaged during transit

2. Not received within 15 days
