At Shri Shri Mata Tripurasundari Shaktipeeth, every service is offered with devotion and spiritual intent. However, we understand that certain circumstances may require changes or cancellations. Our policy is as follows:

1. CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. Puja Services: Once a puja is booked and confirmed, it cannot be canceled as arrangements begin immediately.

2. Prasad Orders: Orders once placed are non-cancellable, as prasad is sacred and prepared specifically for your request.

2. REFUND POLICY

"Replacement for rescheduling of services" if puja is not complete or prasad not shipped.

In rare cases where:

1. A service was not performed due to internal error or technical failure.

2. Prasad was not delivered due to logistic issues from our end.

We may offer a replacement or partial refund after proper verification.

The refund proccess may typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
